Xanga

Wow! This program is awesome! But so much to learn! Kind of like life huh? We enjoy life and think that its awesome (most of the times), but there is so much to be taught! I experienced this this past weekend with Shining Through. For all of you who don't know, Shining Through is a BC ministry team who sings and leads worship at various places (schools, churches, nursing homes, retirement homes, and (lol) even a restaraunt once!). Anyways, This past weekend was the last time 2003-2004 group sang together. tika-bus.jpg

(This is most of the Shining Through Group on Spring tour!)

It was joyful, but very sad. Having to say goodbye to the seniors, and a friend that means so much to you is an experience that noone ever wants to go through. But, then I started thinking about how all of them had taught me something about life, whether it was a different style of worship, praise, how to play mafia the best, or what a real friendship is all about. The Joy that God has given me inside has not been fulfilled just with my direct relationship with God, but having friends and family who connect me to that direct relationship with God, which brings an unexplainable Joy inside you! So, I have a question. What has God, your friends, and family taught you that has brought the Joy of Jesus in your Heart?
